Our workshop

As a kick off we offer a special one day workshop. Through a dynamic and respectful group process you and your team will experience a constructive dialogue based on Appreciative Inquiry (AI). Qualities as well as bottlenecks are dealt with in a meaningful way. We use sharp critical success factors in combination with a dedicated  electronic group decision support system.

We facilitate clarity and understanding and finding accepted and realistic  leverage points for improvement.  We address content, context and interdependencies as input for practical action plans. We guarantee that through understanding, trust and commitment that progress initiated during the workshop will further increase when returned on the job.
