Our experience is that improvement processes can be done along two complementary but very different paths. Most common is investigation and analysis of problems, causes, interdependencies and scenario's for action. In order to address the core of the problem one needs to dig deep enough. Often, this is painful, time-consuming and deadly serious. That's why instead of going to the heart of the matter 'quick fixes' are chosen without addressing fundamental causes and actually reducing the capacity to deal with the problem adequately.

By focussing on peak experiences and underlying core-qualities and using these consciously to design solutions for improvement. This approach generates energy for change and commitment from the start.
