From marking to sparking!
Integrity beyond marking is about sparking. Sparks emerge when people actively think and communicate about their values and norms underlying there decisions, attitude and behavior. This results in a living set of shared values enabling achievement of the organisation's mission. When people have a dialogue about the core of a dilemma and consult each other. they establish a connection between their own essence and the core of their colleague or organisation. This is the practice of marking when necessary, sparking when possible.

From marking to sparking is based on ‘Schitterend Organiseren’ sparkling organisation, a vision on organisations and society.
