In addition to sponsoring and facilitating CSR projects we also apply our knowledge and experience with Quick & Positive Change workshops and embedding desired behavior in business processes. In this way you achieve consistency and coherency between vision and practice. We cannot help you with window-dressing.

Quick & Positive Change: Sustainability
If you really want to dis-cover to which extent CSR is embedded in your key business processes and consequently in daily practice, this 1 day workshop is a quick and effective instrument. In addition to insights about supporting and undermining factors you will become aware of available qualities ready to use for improvement in other areas. You even make a start with the design of action plans based on the passion and commitment of participants. It is also possible to use our WebScan as a preliminary research tool. In some cases we use elements from the Change the Dream symposium as an introduction.

Strategy, policy and governance
As executive board you regularly need to take tough decisions. Balancing conflicting interests in short and long term. For some or all stakeholders.
We have developed an 'All stakeholder impact assessment' as a supporting tool to balance multiple dilemma's. An easy to use 'beer mat' method helping you to visualise the level of sustainable value creation. This does not mean that the decision will be easy, but the impact of various scenario's will become more transparant. This may instigate research for other alternative, more creative scenario's resulting in more sustainable value creation. We use the 'we care' model as a way to design and measure explicit goals per stakeholder.
