Approach

During an introductory meeting we aim to dis-cover the core of your question. In a written proposal we include a plan of approach and an indication of the necessary investment. We also indicate which specialists we will involve in each phase of the project.

The picture below visualises the different stages in projects for teams and on organisational level as well as the integral and multi-disciplinary co-operation. We always take care of project management, account management, 0-measurement, 1-measurement and evaluation ourselves.

For team-communication training we have an integrated approach: practice new communication behaviour during actual problem solving team meetings under guidance of experienced trainer.
